Originally from New Jersey, Kartik Pottepalem, DO, completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University before earning his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete a Family Medicine residency at Rutgers RWJBH Somerset. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Penn Highlands Healthcare.
As a nonoperative musculoskeletal and sports medicine physician at New York Spine Specialist and NY & NJ Spine and Orthopedics he is dedicated to providing comprehensive care. Dr. Pottepalem specialize in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendon disease, joint pain, and arthritis. With extensive training in ultrasound as a diagnostic and therapeutic aid, I ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. His goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based therapies.
