Zoraida serves as the Patient Services Manager at New York & New Jersey Spine and Orthopedics, bringing 14 years of experience in healthcare and practice management. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
In her role, Zoraida oversees the day-to-day operations of our offices, involving patient care, staff coordination, administrative processes. She works closely with our providers and healthcare team to ensure that every patient receives attentive, professional, and compassionate service from the moment they walk through our doors.
With strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, Zoraida is committed to maintaining high standards of patient care while continually finding ways to improve the patient experience and support our team.
Zoraida is a graduate from the New York City College of Technology and is proud to be part of the New York & New Jersey Spine and Orthopedics team and looks forward to serving our patients and community.
